You are an excellent communicator, with a client service approach and ability to manage priorities. Organized and structured, you are a team player with a sense of discretion who facilitates collaboration among team members.
Requirements and skills
You are a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support in the construction industry. You have the following requirements :
- Office automation technique or a DEP in secretarial work
- Excellent command of French
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to learn new software
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with meetings and write up minutes
- Create purchase orders and ensure they are entered in the register
- Write up addendums and update documentation
- Receive and follow-up on various project documents (Revenu Québec, prevention plan, employer commitment, as-built documents)
- Organize project managers’ agendas and follow up on scheduled activity
- Update plans in SmartUse
- Handle progressive billing requests
- Perform any other task required to carry out their functions
