Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and ensure the smooth running of projects
- Work closely with superintendents, estimators, professionals, and clients
- Manage costs, schedules, and risks
- Negotiate and award subcontractor contracts
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and quality standards
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and various partners
- Coordinate requests with municipalities, government agencies, and other stakeholders
- Actively participate in solving technical and operational issues
- Ensuring compliance with best practices in health and safety
