Requirements and skills
You are a Construction Engineer or Civil Engineering or Architectural Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience at a construction company.
Responsibilities:
- Support project managers in their duties
- Take care of requests, follow-ups and estimate analysis for purchase orders to be awarded
- Assist project manager during site meetings
- Assist project manager in coordinating technical needs
- Assist site superintendent coordinating site and doing follow-ups as needed
- Assist project manager with communication and follow-up with municipalities
- Assist project manager in the preparation, review and approval of addendums
- Follow up on updated plans with professionals, worksite and management platform
- Manage approvals of subcontractor and collaborator workshop drawings
- Support the site superintendent in the preparation, tracking and resolution of deficiency lists
- Support project manager assistants in obtaining as-built documents
