You have excellent communication skills, a solid client service approach and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Rigorous, proactive and working well under pressure, you are highly organized, structured and are good at making things happen.
Requirements and skills
You have a degree in architecture or engineering and have accumulated 5-10 years of experience in the construction field. You are fluent in English and have a solid grasp of French. You have some project management experience and are familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop and the Microsoft suite.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with client/project team members, in collaboration with the sales department
- Ensure the transfer of client needs to the architect and estimators
- Coordinate project development with professionals
- Coordinate schedule for submitting proposals to the client
- Negotiate with different stakeholders: cities, ministries, etc.
- Assist sales and estimation teams in obtaining diverse information regarding the sales process
- Assist in obtaining information required during the project’s preparation phase (zoning, regulations, soil studies, supplier lists and prices, etc.)
- Complete information on the client electronically (Word and Excel files, Membrain, etc.)
- Any other task required to carry out their functions
