Requirements and skills
- DEC in Architectural Technology
- Three years of experience
- Good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software
- Knowledge of current codes and regulations
- Knowledge of the new energy code (an asset)
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
- Teamwork, cooperation and courtesy
- Ability to plan
- Integrity and ethics
- Versatility and autonomy
- Thoroughness, concentration and precision
- Reliability, diligence and punctuality

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to the estimating team and the architect
- Carrying out projects using Revit and AutoCAD software
- Producing and reviewing technical plans at all stages
- Designing the architectural details of the building envelope
- Coordinating the architectural drawings with the other disciplines
- Reviewing shop drawings and supervising construction sites
- Researching materials and products
- Coordinating BIM
- Conducting feasibility studies
- Carrying out surveys and drawing them up
