You have communication skills, a customer service-oriented approach and a good sense of priority management. You are a team player and very discreet. You are orderly, structured and promote teamwork.

Requirements and skills

You are a young professional with secretarial experience or you have experience in administrative support. You have a good knowledge of French and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Write purchase orders and follow up on them in the register.
  • Perform file and digitize plans.
  • Ensure the receipt and follow-up of various project documents (Revenu Québec, prevention program, employer commitment and as-built documents).
  • Perform plan updates on the software .
  • Request and follow-up of end-of-site documents.
  • Perform all other administrative tasks.
